Sunday morning from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. is pickup time. For security reasons it is very important that we know who will pick up your camper. This allows us to be sure that every child goes home with the correct guardian. Douglas will be waiting in the cabin circle and will request a signature from the authorized pick-up person before you leave with your child. Please be on-time. Your children are anxious to see you and tell you all about their week. Call the office if you are going to be late for any reason and we will let your child know. A sitting fee of $20 per hour will apply after 10 a.m.
We will also have your camp DVD, photo, craft project, unspent camp store money, medications, guitar, bike, digital camera, sleeping bag, and lost and found items available at check-out. Most of your items (i.e. camp DVD) will be given to you in a large manila envelope.
If your child is taking our bus transport service, our bus drivers will be waiting for your signature at 7777 Fairview Ave in Boise (Idaho Conference Office) between 12:30 and 1 p.m. If you arrive after the pickup time, you will be charged a $20 per hour sitting fee.
If you happen to leave camp without claiming your items, we will be happy to mail them to you for a $5–15 fee, depending on weight. To make the check-out transition as pleasant and efficient as possible, PLEASE do not leave without checking out with Douglas or with the bus driver.
Camp Ida-Haven has been, is now and should continue to be a heavenly place where the Idaho Conference of Seventh-day Adventist members of all ages may find physical, mental, social and spiritual refreshment, direction and fellowship.
Memories of Ida-Haven have eternal influence that provide lasting joy. Other Christian groups who use Ida-Haven learn of and appreciate Seventh-day Adventist values regardless of race, religion, color, sex, disability or national origin.
