Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: Sep. 28, 2017

If you need to cancel a reservation, PLEASE call us or go to your account and cancel your reservation as soon as you determine your plans. Last year we had quite a few cancellations at the last minute which made it difficult for us to fill any vacant spots as campers on the waiting list had already made other plans for that week.

If you cancel close to camp time this does not allow others an opportunity to attend. Those who cancel the week before they are scheduled to attend will be asked to pay an additional non-refundable late cancellation fee of $100. If you have a family emergency, please let us know as soon as possible as a courtesy to those still waiting and hoping to attend. If you are simply unable to come and you do not inform the camp office promptly, we will block your account for the future until you pay this fee.

All Teen Camp reservations must be paid in full by June 13, 2018, or they will be cancelled. Since this camp has so many on the waiting list and is such a time of options for your teen, we are requiring payment in full (non-refundable). This will help those on the waiting list plan their summer with more accuracy and will help alleviate the distress caused by casual cancellations. Those who are receiving scholarship aid will need to pay their portion in full by that time as well.

Again, we value your trust in what we do and hope that people will communicate with us if they need help or if genuine emergencies arise.
